This past weekend Trinity Fresh, a local produce distribution company based in the Farm­toFork Capital of America, sponsored Yelp’s Farm to Handle Block Party in the Handle District of Sacramento. Although the event was free to charge to those invited by Yelp donation boxes flanked the entrances and just under $9,000 was raised for Happy Tails, a no kill animal shelter, and WEAVE, a community assistance program.
