Karoun Dairies Takes Gold Again At US Championship Cheese Contest

The 2013 U.S. Championship Cheese Contest is hosted by the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association and is the largest national cheese and butter competition ever held in the United States. Karoun Dairies, Inc. (karouncheese.com) took home Gold this year plus three 4th places and a 5th place. Karoun won the Gold for their Oaxaca (Hand-Braided String Cheese) in the Hispanic Cheese category. This March a record-setting 1,702 entries from 30 States took part in the United States Championship Cheese Contest.
