Bakery Hall Honors Nickles Family, Inducts Late Ernest Nickles

Ernest Nickles was inducted into the Baking Hall of Fame by the American Society of Baking. The Hall inducted its first class in 2006. A plaque detailing Ernest Nickles’ career will be displayed at the American Institute of Baking in Manhattan, Kan.
