Hobart announced the launch of its HS Series heavy-duty slicer. In designing the new slicer, the company rigorously applied the revised NSF/ANSI 8-2010 standard. The HS Series includes not only sealed seams, compliant fasteners and removable parts for easy cleaning, but also patented features for better overall operation with every slice.
