The World Cheese Awards accepts only cheese entries, no cream, butter or yogurt – the emphasis is firmly on cheese in all its magnificence. This year, California cheese maker, Karoun Dairies Inc. (karouncheese.com), was proudly awarded a Silver and Bronze medal. Karoun won the Silver for their Mozzarella Ball and a Bronze for their Goat Basket Feta.
