Lucks Manufacturing Facilities Receive AIB Superior Ratings

The American Institute of Baking once again rated Lucks Food Decorating Company's two manufacturing facilities "Superior" in their food plant sanitation inspection for 2012. The two plants scored a 975 and 985 out of a possible 1,000. "All of Lucks manufactured edible products are made in facilities that operate at the highest level of quality and safety," said Megan Leifson, R&D and Quality Assurance Manager.

Peapod Tests New Drive-Up Service At Abington, MA Stop & Shop

Grocery home delivery service Peapod is testing a free trial designed to take the legwork out of a trip to the grocery store. Last week, Peapod launched a pick-up window at Stop & Shop Supermarkets’ Centre Avenue store in Abington. Customers who order groceries online from Peapod can schedule to pick up their purchases at a drive-up window.
