The Georgia Watermelon Association, in conjunction with several Mercer University sororities, is making plans for a retail marketing blitz in grocery chains in Macon, Georgia on June 15-16, 2012. After attending an informational session hosted by the National Watermelon Promotion Board and the Georgia Watermelon Association, representatives from Phi Mu, Alpha Delta Pi, Delta Gamma and Chi Omega sororities are ready to hit the retail produce departments around Macon!
