Bakeshop kept its doors open until mid-January and now, true to St. Hilaires word, you can find his handiwork in Atlanta once more. He has partnered with the Tappan Street Group, which owns Taco Mac, to open St. Hilaire Bakeshop, a wholesale-only location. The St. Hilaire Bakeshop has also partnered with Trader Joes to prepare about 20 baked goods like muffins, scones, cookies and turnovers, which will be sold under the Trader Joes label at locations throughout the Southeast.
