The Vollrath Company Acquires Polar Ware / Stoelting

West Best Foods Recalls Lasagna For Misbranding & Undeclared Allergen

West Best Foods, Inc., a Las Vegas, Nev. establishment, is recalling approximately 13,776 pounds of lasagna products because of misbranding and an undeclared allergen. The product contains soy, which is an allergen that is not declared on the label, the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today.

Cook County, IL Board President Tours Gonnella's Expanded Schaumburg Plant

Cook County Board President Toni Preckwinkle recently visited the Gonnella Baking Company's newly expanded Schaumburg, Ill. facility to congratulate the plant on creating 40 new full-time jobs.
