2011 NY Tree Fruit & Grape Production Valued At $99M

The U.S. Department of Agriculture says the value of New York's tree fruit and grape production last year was more than $99 million, up 5 percent from 2010. The USDA says that total includes cherries, peaches and pears. The value for apples will be released in July. New York is the nation's second largest apple producer, behind Washington.
