This year’s IPM could again meet the expectations to be the leading fair in horticulture. From January 24 to 27 the 30th IPM attracted about 60,000 participants to the booths of more than 1,500 exhibitors. The interchange with colleagues and the maintenance of business contacts in an appropriate environment were as essential as the chance to get information about novelties and to gain market orientation. Especially the numbers of international visitors from more than 90 countries increased by 10% to 36% compared to last year.
