New NY PepsiCo Yogurt Plant To Get Big Tax Break

PepsiCo and the privately owned German dairy business Theo Muller plan to invest $206 million through a joint venture called Wave LLC. They expect to create more than 180 jobs at the plant in Batavia, between Rochester and Buffalo. Gov. Andrew Cuomo says the state will provide a $14 million incentive package. Genesee County will grant $12 million in tax breaks. …
