WI State & National Cheese Production Up In November

Wisconsin’s total cheese output was higher in November when compared to year ago levels, but fell slightly from the month earlier. The USDA reports that the state’s dairy plants produced 217.1 million pounds of cheese during the month–which was up fractionally from last year, but down 3.2 percent compared to October 2010.
