Cal-Maine Foods, Inc. announced today that the Company has named Todd Walters vice president of operations, effective July 11, 2011. Walters will have responsibility for all of Cal-Maine Foods’ production and processing facilities located in Texas. He will be taking over this position from David Jenkins, who is currently vice president of operations over the Texas facilities and is retiring at the end of 2011.
