This new position was created specifically to leverage Jim’s talents and he will manage a variety of responsibilities including forecasting company production and raw material needs, working with the production plant to develop operating metrics, assisting the operations team on LEAN manufacturing initiatives, and collaborating with sales to identify markets for Emerald’s continued growth.
