Allison's Gourmet Kitchens, Inc., a Moore, Okla., establishment, is recalling approximately 22,594 pounds of chicken and ham salad products, the U.S. Department of Agriculture's (USDA) Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today because they are misbranded and contain potassium sorbate and/or sodium benzoate which do not appear on the package labels.
