The successful European Flavors project, aimed at promoting the taste and quality of European fruit and vegetables, kicks off in Canada for its second three-year activity cycle which is scheduled to end in 2013. The three-year project, recently renewed for further three years, is financed by the EU, the Italian government and the CSO.
