Sen. Patrick Leahy, D-Vermont, says there are no fixes coming out of the federal government for Vermont’s dairy crisis. Vt. Agriculture Commissioner Roger Allbee says the financial stress of low milk prices could force 200 dairy farms out of business by the end of the year.
