Hannaford Eliminates Trans Fats From Products

Supermarket chain Hannaford says it’s taking the trans fats out of its private label foods. The chain is also taking other steps to improve the nutritional content of its in-house brand products, adding new fresh items such as deli salads and changing its bakery cake recipes to be more healthful.
