Tyson Settles Consumer Class Action For $5 Million

Chicken-processing giant Tyson Foods Inc. has settled a consumer class action
brought over its controversial Raised Without Antibiotics advertising
campaign, with individual consumers to receive as much as $50 each.

HP Hood is recalling select Heluva Good branded 8 oz. plastic cup containers of Cold Pack Cheese Food because they may contain Listeria monocytogenes that were distributed to stores in: New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, Ohio, Virginia, West Virginia, Maine, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Vermont and Rhode Island.
