With this latest video, Frieda’s encourages the consumer to try Fresh Coconuts and educates them on the different varieties available in produce departments. For the retailer or produce manager who may not know the specific differences between Young, Brown, and White Coconuts, Frieda’s YouTube video provides a well-rounded and entertaining snapshot about the fruit, its history, health benefits and its various uses, all in less than three minutes.
To date, Frieda’s YouTube Channel features ten videos as part of its Specialty Produce 101 series: Jicama, Bitter Melon, Blood Oranges, Kiwano Melon, Cactus Pears, Cherimoya and Buddha’s Hand to name a few. Produced in-house by Frieda’s marketing team, the videos are designed to educate retailers and consumers about unique and unusual fruits and vegetables in a creative and playful way.
