Bridor Invests $40M To Expand Its Boucherville Plant

Bridor—the North American leader in bread and Viennese pastries for retail sale and the food service industry—is investing $40 million to double the size of its Boucherville baking facility. The expansion will allow Bridor to increase the plant's production capacity by 80% and generate employment growth in the area.
