US seafood sector veteran Jeff Davis and Bregal Partners are set to add to their scallop business with a deal for a company based in Fairhaven, Massachusetts.
According to Undercurrent News sources, Davis and Bregal are in talks to buy Harbor Blue Seafood, which owns seven vessels and a plant. Back in April, Davis and Bregal confirmed a deal for Virginia-based fishing company Peabody, which has since been renamed Blue Harvest Fisheries.
