Denver, CO and New York, NY – On Monday, Sept. 23rd, four of the nation’s best chefs will compete for the title of “Master” at the American Lamb Jam in New York City. To reach this finale, the contenders proved they had the chops by besting dozens of other chefs and winning hundreds of spectator votes in their respective regional showdowns.
The finale’s four competing chefs, hailing from opposite ends of the country (San Francisco, Portland, Ore., Washington, D.C., and Boston), will sample their winning lamb recipes, along with numerous other lamb dishes. Additionally, attendees can watch butchery demonstrations, enjoy unlimited beer and wine tastings, and experiment with flavors at the D.I.Y. lamb spice rub station.
