Lallemand announces the opening of its new Technical & Distribution Center located in Anjou (Montreal), Quebec that will house the baking development and analytical lab facilities, technical, sales and distribution personnel.
This 21,000 square foot facility offers a testing and training environment for customers and provides support for customer applications and longer-term development projects. The new bake center is equipped to simulate and evaluate a wide variety of products and processes for fresh and frozen bakery customers.
The warehouse is equipped with 4 loading docks, cold storage as well as temperature controlled and dry storage. The new warehouse has been designed to fulfill customer requirements with a focus on efficiency and safety.
