May 18, 2012 – deadline to register at the early bird and multiple registration rates.
May 18, 2012 – deadline to have company logo included on sponsorship signs.
May 18, 2012 – deadline to register for the conference social activities: Friday afternoon golf at Lévis golf club and Friday evening dinner at Café de Paris.
