Sid Wainer & Son, Inc., a New Bedford, Mass. establishment, is recalling approximately 137 pounds of imported, ready-to-eat, smoked duck breast products that may be contaminated with Salmonella, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today. Additionally, Palmex, Inc., a Champlain, N.Y. establishment, is recalling approximately 197 pounds of imported, ready-to-eat, smoked duck breast products that may be contaminated with Salmonella, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today.
